Phase I Now Underway
With Phase I officially underway, we already have several homes under contract, several more in the framing or sheetrock stages and two exquisitely decorated model homes set to open to the public at the end of August. Even more homes are on the way as foundations are poured in the days and weeks to come. For those already on the ground and building up, staggered completion dates in August, September and October means it’s going to be an exciting late Summer and early Fall as moving trucks appear in driveways and our first pioneering neighbors move into their new homes at Arazzo on Madison. With two floor plans from which to choose, a total of 40 homes are planned for Phase I. All homes will feature entertainment-friendly open concepts, two-car garages and private rear patios, with a screened-in option.

- Two pickleball courts
- Walking trail that weaves throughout the community
- The community is also adjacent to the Port City Trail, a four-mile lighted pedestrian path with access to other trails and parks nearby.
